In this role, Lori oversees the company’s corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to cultivate a culture of belonging and advance the organization’s mission and business objectives.
She has been with Ford for nearly three decades and has leveraged her expertise in various positions. In addition to her leadership role, Lori is also an accomplished author of two award-winning novels that provide inspiration and tools against bullying.
