She has been named several times among the Top 25 business female leaders in Czech business and in 2014, and awarded the most influential businesswoman of the Czech market. In 2020 she ranked 8th place in Forbes ́s magazine’s most successful women in the Czech Republic.

Renata is also a Co-founder of Polaris, a network and community focusing on improving the diversity and inclusiveness in society via mentoring, peer-to-peer coaching, organizing educational workshops and events and inspirational conferences.

Hollie Delaney is one of the best HR speakers in the world and has many years of experience in the world of human resources. She started her Human Resources career in 1996 and then led the Zappos Human Resources team for 15 years.
